REFUND POLICY

We want you to love the item you purchased. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return the item within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund (excludes custom orders) to the credit card or payment method you used to originally purchase that item. Item must be in its original packaging. Sorry, shipping costs (if any) will not be refunded.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

We make every effort to ship our pieces as securely as reasonably possible. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. COLLECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

When you purchase something from our online store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.

SHOPIFY

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

PAYMENTS

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Some items have shipping charges included and are marked on the product description page and at checkout. We currently only ship within the United States.
LOCAL DELIVERY
Deliveries are available only for select pieces within our Garden Art collection and are noted on those product description pages.
LOCAL PICKUP
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at Made By The Millers at 56 Garnsey Road, Rexford, NY 12148. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up normally within 24 hours. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@madebythemillers.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
